FORM Swim: Guided Workouts for Swimmers
FORM Swim is a free iPhone application developed by Form Athletica Inc. that is designed to work with the FORM Smart Swim Goggles. It offers guided workouts and training plans to help swimmers achieve their goals. With FORM Swim, swimmers can choose between plans and workouts based on their swim goals, and work through a plan structured to help improve their swimming skills or swim an individual guided workout.
The app offers length-by-length instructions that guide swimmers through their swim with instructions and progress updates. Swimmers can also customize their goggles to choose what metrics to see while they swim, after turns, and during rest. The app also syncs with the goggles to review each set out of the pool after every swim, and revisit past workouts to track progress over time.
FORM Swim is perfect for swimmers who want to analyze their metrics and share stats with their coach. Swimmers can also connect with the community, follow the PROs and friends at other clubs to share stats, or keep it all private if they prefer. The app automatically syncs workouts with Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health, Today’s Plan, and Final Surge, making it perfect for those training for their next triathlon.
